CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SLICE
SERVES: 6 SQUARES
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
200g black beans, drained and rinsed
150g plain Greek yoghurt
3 egg whites
30g cacao powder
50ml unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
In a food processor, place black beans and blitz until smooth
Place black bean paste into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients
Pour mixture into a lined tray and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through
