CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SLICE


SERVES: 6 SQUARES

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 200g black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 150g plain Greek yoghurt

  • 3 egg whites

  • 30g cacao powder

  • 50ml unsweetened almond milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a food processor, place black beans and blitz until smooth

  3. Place black bean paste into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients

  4. Pour mixture into a lined tray and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through
