CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY LOAF
SERVES: 10 SERVES
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
100g almond meal
1 teaspoon baking powder
10g flax meal
1 tablespoon stevia or natvia
1 egg
150g plain Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
250g raspberries
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients
Add egg, yoghurt and vanilla and mix thought
Add raspberries and fold through
Pour mixture into a lined loaf tin
Bake in oven to 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
Let cool before cutting into portions
