CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY LOAF


SERVES: 10 SERVES

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 100g almond meal

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 10g flax meal

  • 1 tablespoon stevia or natvia

  • 1 egg

  • 150g plain Greek yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 250g raspberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients

  3. Add egg, yoghurt and vanilla and mix thought

  4. Add raspberries and fold through

  5. Pour mixture into a lined loaf tin

  6. Bake in oven to 10-15 minutes or until cooked through

  7. Let cool before cutting into portions
