COOKIE DOUGH BALLS
SERVES: 8 BALLS
TIME: 10-15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
100g oats, blitzed to make a flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
15g coconut oil, melted
30g sugar free chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients except sugar free chocolate chips into a bowl and mix thoroughly
Add sugar free chocolate chips and fold through
Roll in teaspoon sized balls
