COOKIE DOUGH BALLS


SERVES: 8 BALLS

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g oats, blitzed to make a flour

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 30g sugar free chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients except sugar free chocolate chips into a bowl and mix thoroughly

  2. Add sugar free chocolate chips and fold through

  3. Roll in teaspoon sized balls
