COOKIE DOUGH FUDGE


SERVES: 6 SQUARES

TIME: 45-50 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g chick peas, rinsed and drained

  • 30g flax meal

  • 20g tahini

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 30g coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tablespoon stevia/natvia

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Pinch nutmeg

  • 30g sugar free chocolate 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients except chocolate chips 

  2. Once smooth, remove and place into bowl and fold through chocolate chips

  3. Place mixture into a lined tin and press fudge down 

  4. Place in freezer for 30-45 minute or until set

  5. When set, cut into squares
