COOKIE DOUGH FUDGE
SERVES: 6 SQUARES
TIME: 45-50 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
200g chick peas, rinsed and drained
30g flax meal
20g tahini
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
30g coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoon stevia/natvia
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
30g sugar free chocolate
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, blend all ingredients except chocolate chips
Once smooth, remove and place into bowl and fold through chocolate chips
Place mixture into a lined tin and press fudge down
Place in freezer for 30-45 minute or until set
When set, cut into squares
