OMELETTE

TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 125ml egg whites

  • 1 egg

  • 100g veggies of choice, diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk egg whites and egg together

  2. In a heated fry pan, add egg mixture

  3. Place diced veggies on top

  4. Cook on one side until browning

  5. Flip and cook on other side until cooked through

  6. Serve and eat immediately
