Coached postnatal training at the foothills of the Dandenongs: bring your baby, join any week of the year, and rebuild strength that lasts longer than an 8-week program. First 7 days free.
Most postnatal options in Melbourne's east run in school terms, fixed intakes or 8-week blocks. Miss the start date and you're waiting months. We don't work that way. Fit For Life runs every week of the year: come when you're ready, bring bub with you, and train with coaches who program for exactly where you are, 7 weeks or 7 months (or 7 years) after birth.
Bubs stay beside you in the session: pram, mat or carrier. Feeds, naps and cuddle breaks are built into how we coach, not an interruption to it.
Squat racks, weights and space, not a park bench and hope. Start with recovery, stay for actual strength: our coaches take you well past the "gentle circuits" stage when you're ready.
No terms. No intakes. No waitlists. Your first 7 days are free, and if you're not sure you're ready, our free online Readiness Check will tell you.
Step 1, the free Readiness Check. Five minutes online: take it here. It tells you what your body's ready for based on your birth, symptoms and timeline (and when a pelvic floor physio should come first).
Step 2, Core Restore. Our postnatal core & pelvic floor program rebuilds from the inside, deep core, breath, foundations, before load. Built for vaginal and caesarean recoveries alike.
Step 3, Mums & Bubs group training. The fun part: coached group sessions with other local mums, bub alongside you. Strength, energy and adult conversation, all before nap time.

Postnatal training shouldn't end at "gentle recovery". It should end wherever you want it to. These are Fit For Life members who started exactly where you are:

Bub comes with you, on a mat or in the pram beside you. Coaches build the session around feeds and interruptions. That's the whole point.
Yes, see your GP for your postnatal check first. From there, the Readiness Check and your coach meet you where you're at.
Absolutely. Everything is scaled individually, and Core Restore is designed for post-surgical recovery timelines too.
No. We run continuously, year-round. Start this week if you're ready, the first 7 days are free.
Your first 7 days are free. From there, memberships are flexible, get in touch and we'll find the right fit (and you can quit the guesswork about whether you're "ready enough", that's what coaches are for).
We're at 1220 Burwood Hwy, Upper Ferntree Gully, directly opposite Upper Ferntree Gully station, with easy parking. Mums train with us from across Knox and the foothills:
